Ingredients

  • 1lb Ground beef
  • 1lb Ground pork
  • 1/3 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Tuscan Herb Blend
  • 1 Tbsp Tumalo Falls Onion & Garlic
  • 2 tsp Sel Marin de Guerande Salt

Steps

  • Prep: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking
  • Mix: Place all ingredients in a large bowl with hands until combined
  • Ball: Using a spoon or melon baller, form meatballs and place on baking sheet
  • Bake: Bake for 12 minutes at 375. Flip the meatballs over and bake for another 10 minutes
