Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds & Chia seeds
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp water
  • 3/4 Cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter/spread
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose GF flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp French Fleur de Sel
  • 1 tsp Alpenglow Chai Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ceylon Cinnnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 2/3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps

  • Preheat over to 350F.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together ground flaxseeds & chia seeds and water. Let rest for five minutes.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, French Fleur de Sel salt, Mt. Baker Chai Seasoning, Ground Ceylon ‘True’ Cinnamon and Ground Cloves and mix well until all is combined.
  • Add the chocolate chips and marshmallows and mix in evenly.
  • Form dough balls and flatten to regular cookie size, then place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes.
