Concentrated from ground, dehydrated tomatoes, this tomato powder delivers rich tomato flavor in a convenient, shelf-stable form. Stir it into sauces, soups, and stews to boost flavor while naturally thickening, or mix it into meatloaf, marinades, and dry rubs for added depth. To replace tomato paste, simply combine the powder with 2–3 parts water, or make an easy tomato sauce by mixing 1 part tomato powder with 4 parts water. It also works surprisingly well for homemade tomato juice and keeps exceptionally well when stored in the refrigerator.

How long do spices keep?
Most spices don’t spoil, but they do lose flavor over time. Whole spices hold their flavor for about 2–3 years, while ground spices are best used within 6–9 months.
Why do spices lose flavor?
Flavor comes from essential oils. Over time, those oils evaporate, taking aroma and taste with them. Grinding spices releases those oils immediately—great for flavor, but it also speeds up that loss. That’s why freshly ground spices are more vibrant, and why we recommend buying smaller amounts more often.
How should I store my spices?
Keep spices in airtight containers, away from sunlight, heat, and moisture. Avoid storing them near the stove or on a windowsill.
Are your products gluten-free?
All of our spices and blends are gluten-free. For prepackaged items without a gluten-free label, we can’t guarantee they are free from gluten.
